About Dynergia

Dynergia is a venture of Barriga Consulting & Solutions, based in Büren an der Aare, Switzerland. We develop the Functional Capacity Index (FCI) — a weekly, objective measurement of functional capacity during psychiatric sick leave.

Behind Dynergia stands clinical-psychological and business expertise: a Master's degree in clinical psychology, an MBA from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), and more than sixteen years of practice across clinical work, systemic consulting and industry — including experience in the internal counselling service of a global pharmaceutical company and in the development of psychometric instruments.

Dynergia works with practitioners from care management and primary care to align the weekly report with practice — not the other way around.
